Alejandro Rosemberg | About the artist
I was born in Córdoba, Argentina (1981) and studied figure drawing and painting at the National University of Cordoba where I received my degrees in Fine Arts. In 2002 I studied under master Claudio Bogino who introduced me to classical painting based on the Italian Great Masters Tradition. I have also studied Munsell Color Theory with Graydon Parrish and took painting classes with Scott Waddell in the Grand Central Academy, New York. I currently live between Argentina and the USA and teach drawing and painting classical techniques in my ateliers. I am actually represented by Principle Gallery (Virginia, USA) and The White Rock Gallery (Vancouver, Canada).
I recently got the First Place at the ARC Salon and my work was included in the collection of two important museums: MEAM from Barcelona, Spain and MNBA in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
